1. Local In-Browser Processing (No Uploads)
Unlike traditional online utility tools, KuberAgent processes all images, video clips, database files, calculations, and documents directly on your device. We use clientside Javascript, HTML5 APIs, and WebAssembly (WASM). **We do not upload or send any of your file contents or inputs to our servers.**
2. User Account Data & History Tracking
If you create an account to access the KuberAgent Business Suite: - We securely store registration details (name, email, password hashes) in our database. - When you actively save tool configurations or documents (e.g., invoices), your form inputs are stored as JSON in your secure account history (`user_histories` table) to let you click "Edit Copy" later. You can delete these history logs at any time.
3. Third-Party Integration Syncing
If you connect your account with third-party providers (Google Drive, Dropbox) in the Integration Center, we securely store the authentication tokens. We only transfer your generated files directly to your configured cloud folders based on your automatic or manual sync choices.
4. Cookies & Analytics Tracking
We collect standard anonymous system analytics (page visits, tool execution triggers) to enhance layout performance. No personal or private document contents are parsed or sent. We use secure cookies strictly to maintain your session authorization states.
5. Data Security Measures
Your account logs, history records, and connected access tokens are fully encrypted in-transit and at-rest using industry-standard AES-256 protocols.
